Hours: 8:45 – 530pm Monday – Thursday & 8:45 – 3:55pm Friday

Package: £23,000 basic salary with O.T.E £32,000 with uncapped commissions.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Telesales Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in our growth and success by:

  • Engaging Business Leaders: You’ll set appointments with business owners and leaders, introducing them to our expert Property Consultants across the nation.
  • Crafting Solutions: With elegance and simplicity, you’ll tailor solutions to help companies grasp the benefits of our services.
  • Making Memorable First Impressions: Be the initial point of contact for our clients, embodying the professionalism and expertise of RVA Surveyors.
  • Exceeding Expectations: Surpass sales targets and KPIs, contributing to our ambitious growth plans.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in training, teamwork, and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge continually.
What We Look For:
  • Experience in Telesales: A minimum of one year’s experience exceeding targets in a telesales environment.
  • Skill Set: Exceptional negotiation, objection handling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Drive: Motivation and ambition, with a knack for thriving in a fast-paced and evolving workplace.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically and identify new business opportunities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
