Very happy with my experience with this company. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to get our business rates reduced but they were extremely helpful and provided their services free of charge. I really appreciate the no fee unless a deduction is achieved as every other company I’ve come across wanted circa 1k upfront with no guarantee of a reduction.
